2. Ukusebenza Kwamaketanga Okuphakamisa Ezimweni Ezimbi Kakhulu

- G80:Ukusebenza okuzinzile kuze kufike ku-200°C; ngokulahlekelwa amandla ngokushesha okungaphezu kuka-400°C ngenxa yokuguqulwa kwesimo sokushisa.

- G100/G120:Amaketanga Agcina amandla angu-80% ku-300°C; amazinga akhethekile (isb., uma kune-Si/Mo eyengeziwe) amelana nokuqhekeka kwehle kufike ku--40°C uma kusetshenziswa e-Arctic.

Ukumelana Nokugqwala:

- G80:Ithambekele ekugqwaleni; idinga ukugcotshwa njalo ezindaweni ezinomswakama.

- G100/G120:Izinketho zifaka phakathi i-galvanization (i-zinc plated) noma izinhlobo zensimbi engagqwali (isb., 316L yezitshalo zasolwandle/zamakhemikhali). I-G100 egayiwe imelana namahora angaphezu kwangu-500 ekuhlolweni kokufuthwa ngosawoti.

Ukukhathala kanye nokuqina komthelela:

- G80:Kwanele imithwalo engashintshi; ukuqina komthelela ≈25 J ku--20°C.

- G120:Ukuqina okungavamile (>40 J) ngenxa yokwengezwa kwe-Ni/Cr; ilungele ukuphakamisa okunamandla (isb., ama-crane e-shipyard).

4. Ukuqonda Kokuvimbela Nokulungisa Ukwehluleka

- Ukwehluleka Ukukhathala:Okuvame kakhulu ekulayisheni okujikelezayo. Ukumelana okukhulu kokusabalala kwemifantu kwe-G120 kunciphisa le ngozi.

- Ukugqwala:Kunciphisa amandla; izihlilingi ze-G100 ezihlanganisiwe zihlala isikhathi eside izikhathi ezintathu ezindaweni ezisogwini uma kuqhathaniswa ne-G80 engamboziwe.

- Ukuhlolwa:I-ASME iyalela ukuhlolwa kwanyanga zonke kwemifantu, ukuguguleka okungaphezulu kuka-10% ububanzi, noma ukunwebeka. Sebenzisa ukuhlolwa kwezinhlayiya ezisebenza ngogesi kuma-G100/G120 links.

5. Ukukhuthaza Izinto Ezintsha Nezindlela Zesikhathi Esizayo

- Amaketanga Ahlakaniphile:Amaketanga e-G120 anezinzwa zokucindezeleka ezifakiwe zokuqapha umthwalo ngesikhathi sangempela.
